RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic (India)
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A request for return or exchange must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery of the item. To qualify for consideration, the product must:
(a) be unused, unworn, and unwashed;
(b) remain in its original condition, without any alteration; and
(c) be returned with its original packaging and all tags intact.
Requests raised after the 48-hour window, or items not meeting the above conditions, will not be accepted.
2. Procedure for Raising a Request
(a) The customer shall notify Sacred Weaves of the return or exchange request, by writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +91-8887898984, quoting the order number and the reason for the request.
(b) Upon approval of the request by Sacred Weaves, the customer shall dispatch the item to the return address specified below, using any reputable and trackable courier service, at the customer's own cost.

(c) Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions.
3. Refunds
No monetary refund shall be issued for any item once purchased. When a request is approved, the customer may select either:
(a) an exchange for an alternate product of equivalent value; or
(b) a credit note (no expiry), redeemable against a future purchase on sacredweaves.com.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers located outside India shall bear all costs associated with the return shipment, including courier charges and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
4. Carrier Recommendation
Customers are advised to use a trackable and insured courier service for the return shipment. Sacred Weaves shall not be held liable for any item lost, delayed, or damaged in transit during the return process.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance:
(a) any saree from which the blouse piece has been cut or stitched; and
(b) any saree that has been finished with a fall, edging, or tassels.
(c) any item which has been customized.
